Cadbury is the perfect mix of snuggly and spunky. He’s past the puppy chaos but still has that young dog energy that makes him so much fun. Whether he’s playing with his foster siblings, zooming around the backyard, or going for a nice walk through the neighborhood, Cadbury is always ready for a good time.
🐶 Social Butterfly in Training!
Cadbury loves other small dogs and enjoys both playtime and cuddle time with his four-legged pals. He currently lives with a big, low-energy dog who he adores, and while he was a bit unsure of bigger, high-energy dogs at first, with slow introductions, he’s proven he can warm up just fine! He hasn’t met any cats yet, so we’re not sure about those, but he is a total sweetheart with kids and gentle as can be.
🚶 Walks, Car Rides, and Snuggles—Oh My!
Cadbury is great on a leash, loves going on walks, and travels like a pro—either in a crate or curled up in the passenger seat. He’s also fully crate-trained and sleeps peacefully through the night on his dog bed. (Though we suspect he’d love to sleep next to his humans if given the chance! 💕)
🏡 Home-Ready and Heart-Melting
This little guy is doing great with house-training and is almost perfect. His future family might need to be a little patient during his adjustment period in a new environment, but he’s a quick learner and eager to please. He doesn’t bark excessively, has no separation anxiety, and isn’t phased by thunder or storms—just one chill, loving pup!

Vetting and Medical
In our care, Cadburry has received a Vet Check, 1 or more Vaccines, Dental Exam, Nails Trimmed, Heart Worm testing and medication. Cadbury has two retained baby teeth in his mouth that will need to be surgically removed, so he will require a dental within 4 months of adoption.
We depend on donations from caring people, like you, to make a difference in the lives of dogs. As an all volunteer organization, you can rest assured that the donations go directly to help the dogs. Thank you!

*Be advised, we have a couple of volunteers processing hundreds of applications. We are unable to call everyone back as we do not have ANY employees. Our dedicated volunteers and foster parents will check references of the applications that appear to be a good match. At that time, if you are chosen, we will contact you to arrange a home visit.
The adoption fee helps to cover costs, as each dog is fully vetted, and treated, as needed to prepare them to move forward in their new life. You pay no fee unless you are chosen to adopt.
