Meet Fergus, affectionately nicknamed, Gus, your new best friend!
Gus is a 2-year-old loyal companion who is equal parts snugglebug and playmate. He weighs 14 pounds and gets along with dogs of all ages and sizes. When it comes to cats, Fergus acknowledges them but doesn’t really interact with them.
Fergus does great on a leash and he is a social butterfly. Prior to his foster home, he used puppy pads but he is working on his house-training skills.
At night, he likes to sleep in his crate and a cozy blanket. He’s not opposed to sleeping in bed with his furever family but prefers the comfort of his crate.
His adoption fee is $350.
About Fergus:

- Obsessed with toys—squeaky, chewy, bouncy… he loves them all!
- Great with other dogs and absolutely adorable with kids.
- Compact enough for apartment life but adventurous enough for road trips, hikes, and beach days.
Vetting and Medical
In our care, Fergus has been to the vet, received his vaccines, got neutered, Heartworm testing and prescription. He is currently on prescription food to help treat a UTI.
We depend on donations from caring people, like you, to make a difference in the lives of dogs. As an all volunteer organization, you can rest assured that the donations go directly to help the dogs. Thank you!

*Be advised, we have a couple of volunteers processing hundreds of applications. We are unable to call everyone back as we do not have ANY employees. Our dedicated volunteers and foster parents will check references of the applications that appear to be a good match. At that time, if you are chosen, we will contact you to arrange a home visit.
The adoption fee helps to cover costs, as each dog is fully vetted, and treated, as needed to prepare them to move forward in their new life. You pay no fee unless you are chosen to adopt.
